It opens onto a 298 m² shaded private garden, fully enclosed and with automatic irrigation, with plenty of cool spots in high summer. Sunbeds with cushions are provided, and the garden shed holds chairs, 5 deckchairs, 2 extra sun loungers and a beach umbrella. There is also space in the garden to store electric bikes safely.

The estate
